PILOT PARKING MODLIN terms and conditions

1. General
These terms govern use of PILOT PARKING MODLIN parking at Warszawa-Modlin (WMI) and the free shuttle to and from the terminal. Making a booking means you accept these terms.
2. Operator
The parking and shuttle are operated by DEVO PARTNERS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warszawa. KRS 0001266005, NIP 7011331431, REGON 545716966. Share capital: 5 000 zł. Registry court: Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Entered in KRS on 11.09.2026. Representation: each management board member may act independently. Trade name: PILOT PARKING MODLIN. Parking address: ul. 3. Service
The service includes: (1) a parking space on a fenced, CCTV-monitored 24/7 car park, (2) a shuttle to and from Warszawa-Modlin (WMI) included in the price, (3) vehicle drop-off and collection at the booked times. Fuel, wash and repairs are not included unless purchased as extras.
4. Booking
Bookings are made online at pilotparking.pl with dates, contact details and the vehicle plate. The contract is formed when the booking is confirmed (SMS / email / customer page). You are responsible for accurate data. Spaces are subject to capacity; if the car park is full we may refuse a booking or offer a waitlist.
5. Price and payment
The price is gross for the whole stay according to the tariff shown when you book. The shuttle is included. Pay online or on site, as selected. A delayed payment confirmation does not cancel the booking — it stays awaiting payment. An unpaid booking may be cancelled if the space is needed.
6. Arrival, vehicle and keys
Arrive at the booked time, show your booking number or QR and leave a roadworthy vehicle with valid third-party insurance. Hand the keys to staff. Do not leave valuables in the car. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle, defects of the vehicle, third-party acts off the premises, or flight delays.
7. Shuttle
The ride to the airport follows check-in, usually about 4 minutes to WMI terminal. After landing, call us when you have your bags — the bus goes to the terminal. Timing may depend on traffic and airport operations. A flight number helps us pick you up.
8. Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation is available more than 48 hours before arrival, unless a different rule is set in the admin panel. Later cancellation may be non-refundable. Date changes and extensions are possible if space is free; extra charge follows the current tariff.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to kontakt@pilotparking.pl or in writing to the registered office within 14 days after the service. We respond within 14 days. Polish law applies. Consumers keep their statutory rights.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered are governed by the Polish Civil Code, consumer law and GDPR. These terms apply from publication on pilotparking.pl.
